China High Performance Mining Belt EPT Pulley
EPT bend pulley is a normal key part of conveyor, mainly used for changing conveyor belt’s running direction or compressing conveyor belt to enlarge the wrap angle with driving pulley.
Bend pulley can be applied to metallurgy, mine, port, wharf, chemical industry, medicine, cement building materials, etc. It’s the driving device of various belt conveyors, can be applied to some fixed types as well.
Bend pulley has features of compact structure, light weight, reliable performance, beautiful design, convenient use, can work under severe enviroment coditions.
The production of bend pulley mainly is composed of pulley body’s primary lathing, primary adjusting balance, shaft head interference assemble, fine lathing, and fine adjusting balance. If form and location toleranceform and location tolerance of circle degree, cylindricity, and straightness accuracy are required less than 0.2mm, after fine lathing outer circle grinding machine or roller grinding machine for grinding machining.
If surface hardness of bend pulley is required, heat treatment process will be needed. After pulley shaped, for the demands of ru EPT protection, corrosion prevention, support, and for surface treatment or cladding such as painting, galvanizing, TEFLON painting, cladding rubber, chroming, ceramic painting and oxidation process, etc.
